Two-Sided Skinning Lines with Press and Extractor

Model CB-501/2PE · Automatic peeling and polishing on both sides

Description

CRUELLS two-sided skinning lines are designed for the automatic skinning of both sides of hams and shoulders in a continuous, uniform and robust process.

The line combines two automatic double-roller skinning machines with an intermediate press and turning system, making it possible to obtain a ham fully skinned on both sides with a simple, efficient workflow.

How the two-sided skinning line works

The process takes place in several stages:

Infeed belt with top press. The ham or shoulder is placed on a conveyor belt fitted with a press. The press flattens the product's surface, stabilizes the piece and improves the uniformity of the subsequent cut.

First automatic skinning machine. The piece moves to the first skinning machine, where the skin is removed from one side.

Gravity turning system. Using a mechanical turning device, the ham rotates in a controlled, automatic way, preparing it for skinning on the second side.

Second automatic skinning machine. The piece enters the second machine, where the remaining side is skinned.

Outfeed belt. The fully skinned ham is discharged via conveyor belt.

The result is uniform skinning on both sides, optimizing output and reducing manual handling.
