The two-sided polishing line is designed to achieve uniform, high-quality peeling of hams, optimizing output and reducing manual handling.
The system consists of two Nock CB-501/1000 skinning machines installed in line, with a central gravity-driven turning unit that automatically rotates the ham to allow full polishing on both sides.
The ham enters the first skinning machine via a conveyor belt fitted with a special infeed roller, ensuring a constant and safe feed into the machine.
The first side is peeled.
The product moves to the central turning unit, which rotates the ham by gravity without any manual handling.
The ham enters the second skinning machine for peeling of the opposite side.
The whole assembly is connected via conveyor belts, ensuring a continuous production flow and enabling a large volume of hams peeled on both sides with a uniform finish.
The line's configuration is fully adjustable and customizable according to the customer's production needs and the space available in the room. It adapts both in belt length and overall layout, ensuring optimal integration into the production plant.
